PROJECT: The Nova Southeastern University Student Education Centers create an on-campus atmosphere while serving students from all areas of of the main campus. The Centers have established high-quality and efficient services and staff that enable students to finish their degrees successfully, as well as provide students with an experience that contributes to their personal and professional development.

 

The Queen Palm Building at NSU's Tampa campus provides office, classroom and learning lab space for Nova Southeastern University's Anesthesiology Assistant Program.  53,965 sf of the existing 78,570 sf were renovated and retrofitted to include a multi-station static lab and two full size simulation operating rooms, classrooms and administrative areas.

 

As Executive Architect, ACAI provided design criteria documents to the building's developer for construction documents and interior construction and was involved throughout the design process, bidding and construction.  

ACAI was responsible for all fee selections and worked with Nova Southeastern's Purchasing Department for procurement through installation.
