PROJECT: Programming, design and construction management for a new parish hall adjacent to the existing church including a 200 seat multipurpose room with a stage, kitchen, church offices and a 50 seat chapel interconnected with a covered outdoor walkway. The main entrance to the facility is through a gated, central courtyard with a custom designed water feature. 
 

The project included the redesign of the onsite vehicle circulation to provide drop off/pick up areas for the church as well as the new parish hall.

Additionally, redesign of the interior of the 800 seat sanctuary for St Sebastian Church located in the Harbor Beach area of Ft Lauderdale. this project included the complete redesign of the nave and chancel, refinishing of the pews and redesign of sound and interior lighting.
 

As part of the renovation a new bell tower was designed to provide an easily identifiable feature recognizable from the intracoastal waterway and 17th St Causeway bridge, which the Archdiocese felt the church needed due to its location in the Harbor Beach community.
